Agreement to Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the DateMate AI mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DateMate AI ("we", "our", or "us") regarding your use of the App.
App Description
DateMate AI is an AI-powered dating assistant application that helps users plan dates, remember important events, and enhance their relationships through personalized recommendations and reminders.
Account Registration
To use certain features of the App, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided proves to be inaccurate, not current, or incomplete.
Subscription Services
DateMate AI offers both free and premium subscription services. By subscribing to our premium services, you agree to pay the applicable fees as they become due. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by accessing your account settings or through your app store account.
User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display through the App ("User Content"). By providing User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content in connection with providing and promoting the App.
You are responsible for all User Content you provide and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant us the license described above.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
- Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others.
- Using the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Interfering with or disrupting the App or servers or networks connected to the App.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the App or other users' accounts.
- Posting content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
- Using the App to send spam or unsolicited messages.
Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of DateMate AI and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DATEMATE AI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DateMate AI and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
Modifications to the App and Terms
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time, with or without notice. We may also modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of [Your State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
