How do I create a date plan?

Creating a date plan is easy! Simply go to the home screen and tap the "Create Date Plan" button. Complete the form with all date's details you need, and then AI willgenerate a personalized date plan for you and your partner. Note: you need to create a profile for your partner first.

How do I add my partner to the app?

You can add your partner by going to the Partners tab and tapping "Add Partner." Enter your partner's details and preferences to help the AI create better date recommendations tailored to your partner. You can add multiple partners if needed.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription through your app store account:

For iOS: Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > DateMate AI > Cancel Subscription

For Android: Open Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > DateMate AI > Cancel Subscription

Please note that you'll continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

Is my data private and secure?

Yes, we take your privacy seriously. All your personal information and date plans are securely stored and encrypted. We do not sell your data to third parties. Please read our Privacy Policy for more details.

Does DateMate work offline?

Some features require an internet connection, such as generating new date plans and syncing data. However, you can access your saved date plans, history, and calendar offline. Your data will automatically sync once you're back online.

Can I transfer my data to a new device?

Yes! All your data is tied to your DateMate account. Simply log in to your account on your new device, and all your date plans, history, and preferences will be automatically synced.
